- Waste heat is recovered by recuperators, which are valuable tools for increasing furnace efficiency by reducing fuel consumption. Convection recuperators are widely used stainless steel tubular units that are applied to many different types of furnaces, kilns, incinerators, etc.
- For extremely high temperature applications, radiation recuperators save even more fuel and are installed on high temperature furnaces such as glass melters.
