The Hamon Aftermarket purview is to assist our Customers on the upkeep and operational improvement of all their existing fleet. Within our product scopes we have developed the capability to service all manufacturers’ plants and provide technical solutions to a wide range of performance, reliability and emissions issues.
The Aftermarket Services group is broken down into three (3) product lines as follows:
Engineered EquipmentRequest Equipment
... are all products that require engineering solutions or a high degree of technical integrationin order to assure their successful implementation. Typical projects for this area range from larger material supply contracts to smaller engineered solutions.
Field ServicesRequest Services
... includes both the Service and Construction Technicians and all operational and system upgrade studies. The contracts that fit under this group are man-hour based with no material supply component. This is the front line group of the Aftermarket Services organization and is usually the first line of Contact with our Aftermarket customers.
... are off the shelf or build to print direct replacements for components on the Hamon supplied plants. This is a book-and-burn business with no engineering involvement.
